This cool little green mini bike, we think is a Ruttman, but it might also be a Rupp Rascal… Not 100% sure either way. This little bike is in rough shape, and the engine is missing a lot of parts, and has at least one, completely incorrect part installed. We are going to restore this bike, and either replace or restore the little ol’ engine, and then this little green bike is going to go again!
